House Hunt: Seal Beach, Rossmoor and Los Alamitos

Only a single Seal Beach listing to mention this week:

If you are keeping score, Rossmoor has had just 48 closed sales for singe-family homes since January first.  Of those, 26 had three bedrooms, 17 had four bedrooms, four had five bedrooms and there was one six-bedroom home changing hands.  Looking at prices, they ranged from $555,000 on the low end to $1,675,000 at the top.  Four were in the $500,000s, 13 in the $600,000s, 13 in the $700,000s, eight in the $800,000s, three in the $900,000s and seven over a million. Looks like there currently are 16 in escrow.

Over in Los Alamitos, total sales of single-family homes since January first sits at 18 with nine three-bedroom properties, five four-bedrooms, two five-bedrooms and a couple of six-bedroom houses.  Prices ranged from $395,000 to $799,000. Los Al shows one single-family home in escrow.

Seal Beach shows 62 closed transactions for single-family homes since the first of the year.  Of those, eight had two bedrooms, 28 had three bedrooms, 21 had four bedrooms, three had five bedrooms and two had six with prices running all the way from $561,900 to $1,600,000. Fifteen homes are in escrow.
