Gusty winds are expected to continue across Orange County's coastal areas Sunday.
The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning for northeast winds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts of up to 60 mph through Sunday, and a wind advisory through early Monday morning. The strongest winds are expected through and below passes and canyons, and in the coastal foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains.
A high wind warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or occurring. A wind advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected.
The winds could make driving difficult, especially for motorists in high-profile vehicles, according to the weather service. Drivers are advised to watch for broken tree limbs and downed power lines.
