According to the Automobile Club of Southern California, gas prices in Southern California ended their two-week decline this week.

“Although we’re seeing prices still lower than a month ago, refinery outages in Washington State and in Southern California and a reduction in inventories over the past week have contributed to increasing wholesale prices,” said Auto Club spokesperson Jeffrey Spring. “This result has nudged up retail prices.”
