405 Freeway To Close Tonight
The Northbound 405 will close between Seal Beach Boulevard to the 605 Freeway from midnight to 5 a.m.
While it may not be ‘carmageddon,’ the full closure of the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Seal Beach tonight is sure to cause some headaches for the unsuspecting commuter.
The northbound 405 between Seal Beach Boulevard and the San Gabriel (605) Freeway will be closed tonight from midnight to 5 a.m.
The closure is part of the , and the work is necessary to allow for freeway striping, according to the Orange County Transportation Authority.

DETOUR: Those traveling northbound on the I-405 will be directed to exit at Seal Beach Boulevard.
To Access the 405, turn left on Seal Beach Boulevard, proceed south to Westminster Avenue and turn right, continue west to Studebaker Road and turn right, continue north on Studebaker Road to access the northbound 405 on-ramp.

To access the 605, exit Seal Beach Boulevard and turn right, proceed north on Seal Beach Boulevard / Los Alamitos Boulevard, turn left on Katella Avenue and proceed west to access the northbound 605 on-ramp.
