Poll: What Would You Add to the Shops at Rossmoor
The shopping center's latest expansion plans have proven to be controversial with neighboring residents. So, what would you do if the center were yours?
A Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Rite Aid, and an In ‘N Out Burger are already in varying phases of construction at the south end of The Shops at Rossmoor. Additionally, the Shops’ property owners have already submitted plans to the city of Seal Beach to remodel into three separate stores to house a Staples and a PetSmart after the lease expires.
However, in recent weeks, several from neighboring Rossmoor have become vocal opponents to the expansion plans for fear of its traffic, parking and safety impact on the surrounding community.
