Checking sales results for the month of October shows 16 properties closing escrow, one in Los Alamitos, seven in Rossmoor and eight in Seal Beach.
In Los Al, the lone home sold went for $657,500 and had been on the market 111 days. Days on market for the seven Rossmoor sales ranged from 42 days to 195 and prices fell between $550,000 and $995,000. Only nine Rossmoor homes have netted sales prices of $1,000,000 or more so far this year.
In Seal Beach there were eight total closed sales, one in Old Town selling for $879,000 after 120 days on the market. Four homes ranging in price from $545,000 to $575,000 changed hands in College Park East after being on the market between 37 and 249 days. One College Park West home had a “For Sale” sign for 91 days and closed at $585,000. Two north end condos went between $215,000 and $235,000 after 23 to 140 days on the market.

Escrow roles currently include 48 area homes, nine in Los Alamitos, 16 in Rossmoor and 23 in Seal Beach.
