Free Community Health Fair Saturday
The free community health fair will be held at Tri-City Regional Medical Center in Hawaiian Gardens.
Free flu shots, health screenings, medical advice and information on free and low-cost health care enrollment will be available to the community this weekend.
The health fair will be held Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Tri-City Regional Medical Center, 21530 Pioneer Blvd. in Hawaiian Gardens. The event will include free health screenings for blood pressure, vision, stroke, diabetes and more, plus educational materials and early diagnosis to help prevent serious medical conditions such as heart disease.
Free flu shots will be available to the first 250 guests who want one.
The health fair will also include “Ask a Pharmacist,” “Ask the Dermatologist” and “Ask a Gynecologist.”

Experts from Covered California will also be at the fair to answer questions and help with enrollment forms for health care coverage through Medicare and Medi-Cal.
