Expect complete nighttime closures on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway all week beginning tonight.
The southbound 405 will be closed between the San Gabriel (605) Freeway and Valley View Street from midnight tonight until 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning for demolition work in advance of construction for the new Garden Grove (22) Freeway/405 carpool connector.
Additionally. The southbound 405 will be closed between midnight and 5 a.m. from the 605 to Seal Beach Boulevard nightly, Wednesday through Saturday for work on the 7th Street Bridge. Residents in neighboring parts of Seal Beach and Rossmoor can expect loud noise from the construction equipment and truck back-up alarms.

- From the southbound I-405, exit Studebaker Road - stay in the right lane and proceed south on Studebaker Road, turn left on Westminster Avenue:
To access the SB I-405 freeway continue east on Westminster Avenue to access the SB I-405 on-ramp
To access the EB SR-22 freeway continue east on Westminster Avenue and turn left on Goldenwest Street to access the EB SR-22 on-ramp
- From the southbound I-605 freeway, take the Spring Street exit and turn right, proceed west on Spring Street and turn left on Studebaker Road, turn left on Westminster Avenue:
To access the SB I-405 freeway continue east on Westminster Avenue to access the SB I-405 on-ramp
To access theEB SR-22 freeway continue east on Westminster Avenue and turn left on Goldenwest Street to access the EB SR-22 on-ramp
