SigAlert Issued for 405 Freeway

The southbound San Diego Freeway is completely backed up in Seal Beach and Long Beach due to an accident at Valley View Street.

The California Highway Patrol has issued a SigAlert for the Southbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Seal Beach.

The free way is backed up from Valley View Street to beyond the San Gabriel (605) Freeway. The slow lane and Valley View Street exits are completely blocked as of 10:35 p.m.

At this point, the CHP is unable to provide details about the accident or possible injuries involved.
