Emergency repairs to a guardrail have shut down the eastbound 22 Freeway's connector to the northbound 405 and 605 freeways, officials said Monday.
The connector was expected to remain closed until midafternoon.
In the meantime, officials recommended the following detour: From the 22 east, take the south 405 and exit at Seal Beach Boulevard. Stay in the right lane to access the north 405 on-ramp, then drive north on the 405 or use it to reach the north 605 connector.
