Pottermore Secrets Revealed in Rowling's YouTube Announcement

Author J.K. Rowling thanks fans with a new interactive Harry Potter website.

A mysterious website created to tantalize fans of the Harry Potter series has a few answers this morning.

The Pottermore website will be the exclusive e-bookstore for fans to download digital audiobooks and e-books from the Harry Potter series, according to J.K. Rowling's YouTube announcement this morning.

Though not much information was revealed, the website will include details about the world of Harry Potter that Rowling claims to have been "hoarding for years." Pottermore will debut in October, but a select few who check back with Pottermore on July 31, Harry Potter's birthday, may win a chance to enter the website early.
