Widely hailed as their hottest show yet, Botanica traffics in the tension between illusion and reality, following the rhythms of the seasons, but also the evolution of the world and the passing of a day. To a score that includes Vivaldi’s "Four Seasons", flowers bloom, go to seed and die; vegetable, animal and mineral—all in human form—combine and metamorphose in spectacular moving tableaux creating a total dance theatre environment.
