Sunday Night Freeway Closures

While there ain't no closures scheduled for Saturday, Sunday's a different matter on the 405, 605 and 22 Freeways.

Here's what's going on in your neck of the woods ... freeway-wise that is, according to the Orange County Transportation Authority. 

Full Freeway Closures  

Portions of the I-405 freeway will be closed Sunday night, December 2 between Valley View Street and Studebaker Road.

  1. Northbound I-405 Freeway between Valley View Street and Seal Beach Boulevard
    • Closed from 11:59 p.m. Sunday, December 2 to 5 a.m. Monday, December 3 
  2. Southbound I-405 Freeway from Studebaker Road to Bolsa Chica Road
    • Closed from 11 p.m. Sunday, December 2 to 5 a.m. Monday, December 3

Connector Closures  The following local freeway connectorswill be closed from 11 p.m. Sunday, December 2 to 5 a.m. Monday, December 3.

  1. Northbound I-405 Connector to Northbound I-605 Freeway 
  2. Southbound I-605 Connector to Southbound I-405 Freeway 
  3. Eastbound SR-22 Connector to Southbound I-405 Freeway 
  4. Eastbound SR-22 Connector to Northbound I-605 Freeway  
  5. Southbound I-405 / Southbound I-605 Connectors to Westbound SR-22 / 7th Street

Ramp Closures

The following local freeway on- and off-ramps will be closed from 10 p.m. Sunday, December 2 to 5 a.m. Monday, December 3.

  1. Eastbound SR-22 Studebaker Road On-Ramp  
  2. Westbound SR-22 Valley View Street On-Ramps
  3. Southbound I-405 Seal Beach Boulevard On-Ramp
