Roxanne is Long Beach Animal Care Services Rescue Cat of the Week. LBACS provides animal control services to Los Alamitos and Seal Beach, as well as Long Beach. 

You can meet seven-month old Roxanne on the the shelter side of Companion Animal Village at 7700 East Spring St.
