Long Beach Animal Care Services is looking for a home for Mertyl, a 3-year-old, brown domestic shorthair tabby.

Mertyl, a sweet 3-year-old, brown domestic shorthair tabby, is Long Beach Animal Care Services Rescue Cat of the Week. LBACS provides animal control services to Los Alamitos and Seal Beach, as well as Long Beach.
Mertyl was named because someone at Animal Care Services accidentally swapped a couple of tiles in the name, while playing Words with Friends. Words with Friends doesn’t accept proper names anyway, but we’ll bet that you will when you meet her!
