Nobody Does July 4th Like Los Alamitos
Residents gather to honor the military and enjoy music, a flyover and fireworks at the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base.
Hundreds gathered Monday for the 24th Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular for a day of patriotic family fun.
Attendees were treated to live music, a military plane flyby and a fireworks show grand finale. This year marked the first time visitors were required to pay a $5 parking fee, but it had little impact upon attendance. Residents arrived on the Joint Forces Training Base with wagons loads of lawn chairs, ice chests, blankets and picnic dinners to watch the show.
