KNX To Talk Seal Beach 'On Your Corner'
KNX 1070 news anchors will be broadcasting live and talking about Orange County's most popular beach cities from ExplorOcean in Newport Beach on Jan. 25.
You're going to be famous, Seal Beach.
Well, famous-er.
KNX 1070 will highlight some of Orange County's most popular beach cities in an upcoming broadcast of its "KNX On Your Corner" series.

According to a station news release, KNX will bring some of the station's award-winning news personalities to broadcast live from ExplorOcean, home of the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum, on Friday, Jan. 25.
Dick Helton and Vicky Moore will anchor the news from 5 to 9 a.m., Frank Mottek will host the KNX Business Hour from 1 to 2 p.m. and Chris Sedens and Diane Thompson will anchor the news from 2 to 7 p.m.

According to KNX, city officials and colorful personalities from the area will also be featured throughout the day.
At the broadcast event, KNX will focus on Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, the Balboa Peninsula, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach and discuss current events, improvement projects, tourism, entertainment and other local topics that affect the cities.
The KNX 1070 event in Newport Beach will continue the station's close-up look at the region’s communities. The public is invited to stop by and meet the station's personalities. Admission to ExplorOcean will be free and refreshments will be served.
ExplorOcean is located at the Balboa Fun Zone, 600 E. Bay Avenue in Newport Beach.
