If you’re torn between going to a pool, a concert or a movie Saturday night, Los Alamitos has a suggestion.
Do all of them the same evening for free.
At the pool at the Joint Forces Marine Base, Los Alamitos will hold the second of its Movie and Music Event Series.
Surf rock band Aloha Radio is scheduled to play from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and the movie, Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, will start right afterward.
According to the city website, the event will include raffle prizes, children's activities and refreshments for sale. Attendees should “wear bathing suits and bring inflatables.”
Adults must show photo identification to enter the base at 11200 Lexington Drive. Bleacher seating is available.
The final summer concert and movie event is scheduled for Aug. 11 at , starting at 6:30 p.m.
