  1. A Westminster bar employee stabbed early Wednesday while trying to eject a man for hassling two female customers was hospitalized in critical but stable condition, and his attacker was at large, police said. The Player's Lounge employee was stabbed twice in the chest about 1:30 a.m. at the bar. See the full story here.

  3. The Seal Beach Chick-fil-A has finally opened its doors at the Shops at Rossmoor. The new location has been under construction since the summer.
