Get Healthy With a Little Help from the Seal Beach Health Expo

Fitness Demonstrations, health screenings and free giveaways mark this Seal Beach Health Expo at Eisenhower Park.

Bikini season is just around the corner, and the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce has put together a beachside health expo with free demonstrations, tests, tips and giveaways for getting fit and staying healthy.

The 5th Annual Seal Beach “Be More Healthy” Expo is March 24, and organizers have shaken things up this year. The event has been moved to Eisenhower Park to reach the crowds and to make room for live demonstrations of fitness trends from Cross-training to zumba.

“Living in Seal Beach, you have all the opportunities to get healthy,” said Expo Chairman, Diana Bean of Take Shape for Life. “Our goal is for you to come find out about your health and how you can start making small lifestyle changes for you and your family.”
