Bank Robbery: Have You Seen These Men?

Police released surveillance photos of two of the three men wanted in last's week's armed robbery of the US Bank in Vons Pavilions today.

Seal Beach Police released a series of new surveillance photos with improved quality today in the hope that members of the public will recognize the men who robbed the Us Bank inside the Vons Pavilions on Pacific Coast Highway at gunpoint last week.

Police believe three men were involved in the Nov. 3 heist, including two who were caught on the store’s video surveillance camera. Police did not release any images for the third suspect, the man believed to be the crew’s get-away driver.

At 2:27 p.m. Nov. 3, the Seal Beach Police Department received a report that the bank had just been robbed at gunpoint. The caller also reported that the two suspects had just fled the store in an unknown direction, according to Seal Beach Police Department Sgt. Steve Bowles.

Officers from the Seal Beach, the Los Alamitos Police Department and the Cypress Police Department responded but were unable to locate the suspects. Investigators are looking for three men.

The first suspect is described as a white man with a mustache and long sideburns in his mid 30s and weighing about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt and a tan, zippered jacket, baggy blue jeans, a dark colored baseball cap and dark colored shoes. The suspect had a mustache and long sideburns. He was approximately 5’8 and weighed about 180 pounds.  
   
The second is a Hispanic man in his mid to late 30’s, approximately 5’7 and 180 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored t-shirt and a dark colored long sleeve shirt or sweater, blue jeans, a black baseball cap, dark sunglasses and black shoes.

The final suspect is described as a 5’8 Hispanic man with a heavy build and a baldhead. He was wearing a white t-shirt and was driving a 1999 or 2000 Ford pick-up truck with an extended cab, dark blue in color and paper license plates.
